Sylvan Meadows Policies 

 

We kindly ask you to review and adhere to our policies, designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our visitors.

  • No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the premises.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM.
  • Pets are not permitted, as we strive to maintain an allergen-free environment at Sylvan Meadows.

 

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that circumstances can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be both fair and flexible, providing you with peace of mind when reserving your stay at Sylvan Meadows.

If you cancel up to two weeks before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within two days of check-in, a 50% refund will be provided. In the case of an emergency, we are more than willing to discuss alternative options.
